2006年01月25日，TOM集团有限公司(股票号码∶2383) 于香港联合交易所主板上市。
TOM为领导大中华的中文媒体集团，经营五大业务，包括互联网（TOM在线）、户外传媒（TOM户外传媒集团）、出版、体育、电视及娱乐等，业务遍及中国大陆、台湾及香港。在五大业务均领域中，TOM皆稳占市场领导地位。
集团总部设于香港，地区总部分别设于北京及台北，在二十多个城市聘用逾三千五百名员工。
